Beatrix Pure Barre Instagram Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.

How to play: Starting at 12:00 PM CST January 22, 2025 and ending at 5:00 PM CST January 29, 2025, enter for a chance to win $200.00 USD in Beatrix gift certificates (restrictions apply-see back of gift certificate for all limitations) with an approximate retail value of two hundred dollars and two 10 class packs from Pure Barre with an approximate retail value of $350.00 ($175.00 per class pack, restrictions apply see front and back of gift card for details and expiration dates) with a total prize approximate retail value of $550.00 by following @beatrixrestaurants [https://www.instagram.com/beatrixrestaurants/] and @pbstreeterville [https://www.instagram.com/pbstreeterville/], (Promotion Sites) and tag two friends in the comments of the collaborative reel posted January 22, 2025. There are no limits on entries. Enter as many times as you like. To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Beatrix Pure Barre Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by January 29, 2025, and received by 10:00 AM CST February 3, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. You may enter as many times as you like. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
At or about 10:00 AM CST February 3, 2025, one winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. Sponsor will contact winner by Instagram direct message or phone or email depending on entry method. Winner must respond within 24 hours to remain eligible and to arrange for prize delivery. Winner will be emailed a link to the gift cards they must present to redeem. Gift cards will be redeemable only at the locations listed on the card.

No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included. If winner does not respond withing 24 hours of email notification or fails to provide adequate information for prize pick up, if required, (government issue identification required) the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Prize includes 4 Beatrix $50.00 promotional gift cards. Limitations apply including but not limited to not valid on Saturday, not valid with any other promotion or offer, not valid on New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day, not valid for gratuity, not valid for alcohol, not valid toward Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner points, not valid for discounts, not valid for delivery, one time use only-no refund on unused balance, not redeemable for cash or refund of any kind. See the reverse side of card for complete list of limitations. No substitutions or variations will be provided. Total approximate retail value of the prize is $550.00.

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified by Instagram message or email at or about 10:00 am CST February 3, 2025. Winner will be required to provide their full name, email, and telephone number and respond within 24 hours. Failure to respond within the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit”). If the prize winner does not respond to the notification within stated time, is found to be ineligible, fails to execute, if applicable, the Affidavit or other documentation required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed, and no cash alternatives are available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not included. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Odds of winning prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry and/or participation constitutes a full and complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners agree to release Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION.
