Starting January 3, 2022, please be advised, in accordance with the Chicago City mandate, all guests age 5 and older are required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Valid forms of vaccination verification are required, including vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, digital record or app, or printed record from vaccine provider. Guests age 16 and older need to show government proof of identification along with vaccination verification.
