Beatrix and Kurimu have teamed up this holiday season to create a match made in dessert heaven: Holiday Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches featuring signature scoops from the Asian-inspired ice cream shop nestled between house-made Beatrix cookies, ideal for the sweetest time of the year.

Starting December 15th, Beatrix and Kurimu will offer three limited-edition combinations including Black Sesame Ube with Chocolate Chunk Cookie, English Earl Grey with Gingersnap Cookie and Yuzu Strawberry with Lemon Burst Cookie for $9.95 each (plus tax), available exclusively at Beatrix in River North and Fulton Market and Kurimu locations while supplies last. Share over coffee with a friend or taste them all with the whole fam for a little extra cheer – it is the season after all!
