Members must present their mobile check-in code from the LettuceEats app or their Rewards Card at the point of sale for each visit to be counted when purchasing a coffee or tea item at a Beatrix or Beatrix Market Coffee Bar only (dining room purchases excluded). After Seven qualifying visits, Members, on a subsequent visit, will be entitled to one (1) free coffee or tea menu item at a Beatrix or Beatrix Market Coffee Bar only (dining room redemptions excluded). Free coffee or tea reward is not redeemable at any other Lettuce Entertain You restaurant location. Free coffee or tea reward is valid for six months from the date of the seventh qualifying visit. Reward is valid for the highest priced coffee or tea item purchased on redeeming transaction. The maximum reward amount is $10.00. This reward is not redeemable for cash, credit, discount or refund of any kind. Not valid with any other promotion, discount or offer. Coffee or Tea purchased online for pick-up or delivery do not count towards the Beatrix Coffee Club awards.
